Critique time as you requested it :D

:bulletgreen: What needs work

- uh i can easily tell in your wireframe that your model isn't clean, there's more then 5 sided faces around. Use the split poly tool and fix those up! That's a basic step of modeling, no 5 or more sided faces. you may have some lamina faces or non manifold, so use the clean up tool to see where they are.

- the textures are seemless, but kinda boring. They are all the same 'shade' of colour, which if you look on buildings that never happens (you may get some wood looking the same, but the entire house won't be one shade). Spice them up a bit, to give some more creativity to the textures (example: make the windows more brown then grey, etc).

-Did you reference this at all or just modeled it? if you didn't reference i would look more at shacks and old buildings as this one seems a tad unrealistic. (especially the back/side)

:bulletblue: What's good

- textures are nice, and seemless; they match up almost perfectly everywhere (only think is they're a bit boring)

- the model is nice for how low poly it is, good execution of poly flow minus the couple 5 sided faces i can see

- the lighting o display it is nice, i can easily see the details.

- you definitely used the sharpen tool so it doesn't look all blurry, which is very very good and the first rule in texturing :D

:bulletred: over all

- needs work on fixing up 5 sided faces, and the more technical side of the model
- textures are a bit boring, try to spice them up. Also don't be afraid to make a spec/bump map to help make those pieces of wood pop :D
- maybe tweak the model a bit as far as 'referencing goes'

- textures are seemless and nice;
- good execution of poly flow for the low polys
- nice lighting
